Quality Policy of LUSONAVE

It is the responsibility of Management and all Lusonave employees to continually improve the consolidation of a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, thus improving the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of its stakeholders.

LUSONAVE assumes the following strategic objectives

• Meet the needs and expectations of Clients, Employees, Suppliers and other stakeholders relevant to the business;
• To invest in the technical training of employees in order to obtain qualified human resources;
• Promote the continuous improvement of the organization, particularly in products, services and working methods, as well as working conditions in order to create a safe and adequate working environment for all employees, aiming to improve their performance;
• Comply with the legal, regulatory and other requirements applicable to LUSONAVE;
• Privilege partnerships with certified companies and suppliers in the areas of Quality, Environment and Security;
• Contribute to sustainable development through the adoption of concrete measures leading to effective management of resources and waste produced in the company;
• Implement a "resilient organization" culture, transforming risk into opportunity, problem into solution, concretely investing in the modernization, internationalization and dissemination of LUSONAVE;
• Promote the reduction, reuse and recycling of waste from Lusonave (specifically in the referral to licensed entities)
